Ice Skating in July

Our wonderful school has weekly outings on Wednesdays during the summer. Today was ice skating!





We took our friends Preston & Libby with us since their mom couldn't make it. You can see the boys took off quickly without us girls!


This was the first time Eli & Emma Kate had ever tried ice skating.






To my surprise, Eli immediately took to it...
Emma Kate was much more timid. I think she was scared of falling. But, about 15 minutes before we had to leave, she finally let go of the wall and ventured out a bit on her own.
